Altitude: 4,000 - 6,500 Feet ASL (SHG)

Growing: 100% Shade-Grown, Protecting Native and Migratory Birds.

Process: Fully washed, sun dried

This coffee is collected from our Lenca farms family. The story began in 1915 with the patriarch of the family, Felipe García. Later on, our neighbors joined us. We made our first shipment to the U.S.  in 2013. Over the years, more family members and neighbors came together. Total 25 Farmers. To join our group, we set a standard requirements to produce coffee, one of those is: 100% Shade-Grown coffee, Organic practice in the farms and protect wild life in the farms. Our coffee is produce in Marcala, La Paz. This region is located in the high mountains in the southwest of Honduras. Here was where the country reaped one of the first high-quality coffees in the early nineteenth century.

Coffee Features: Vibrant but balanced acidity, soft, plush mouthfeel, plenty of sweetness with hints of blackberry.
